A dough worked each in our workshop with Italian flour of very high quality. Our dough will then grow slowly for a minimum of 3 days in a cold room to develop aroma and lightness. Our pizzas are cooked exclusively over a wood fire for quick cooking that will give you crispness and finesse. Our ingredients are fresh and seasonal. They guarantee an authenticity to the taste of our pizzas and will offer you a delicious moment.
